The company provides ground handling services for aircraft and passengers to several dozen airlines from around the world. The company currently employs about 2,000 people in 8 branches in Poland.

WELCOME Airport Services was established as a result of the consolidation of Warsaw Airport Services (WAS) and WAS-KRK Airport Services (LHC). In 2013, the consolidation process was completed and WELCOME Airport Services included companies from the airports in Gdańsk (GDN Airport Services), Poznań (POZ Airport Services) and Szczecin (SZZ Airport Services).
WELCOME Airport Services is a member of the IATA Ground Handling Council. The company has all the required certificates and authorizations to act responsibly and professionally.
